Water Treatment Service Areas in the Las Vegas Valley

Nine areas across the valley, each with different housing stock and different installation realities.

Home › Service Areas

We install and service water treatment equipment across the entire Las Vegas valley — Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin, Enterprise, Paradise, Spring Valley, Sunrise Manor, and Boulder City. Nearly all of it runs about 17 grains per gallon of hardness, but housing age changes how installation actually goes.

Which areas do you serve?

AreaWhat the housing looks like
Las Vegasdowntown and the older east-side neighborhoods built between the 1950s and 1970s, alongside newer infill construction
Hendersonmaster-planned communities including Green Valley, Anthem, Seven Hills, and Inspirada
North Las Vegasfast-growing subdivisions like Aliante and Eldorado sitting next to long-established sections near the older city core
Paradisecondos, townhomes, and single-family homes around UNLV and the resort corridor
Spring Valleydense west-side neighborhoods along the Chinatown corridor spanning several decades of construction
Enterprisenew construction in Mountain's Edge, Southern Highlands, and the southwest valley
Summerlinmaster-planned villages near Red Rock Canyon, largely built from the 1990s onward
Sunrise Manorestablished east-side neighborhoods with a high share of homes built before 1980
Boulder Citythe historic Hoover Dam town, with many homes built between the 1930s and 1950s

Why does the neighborhood change the job?

Two things vary across the valley: whether the home was built with a softener loop, and what condition the supply plumbing is in. Newer areas like Enterprise, Summerlin, and most of Henderson are typically pre-plumbed, so installation is fast and predictable. Older areas — Sunrise Manor, parts of North Las Vegas, and central Las Vegas — often need a tie-in at the main and a new drain run, which adds time and cost.

Boulder City is its own case: it runs a separate municipal water system and has a large share of homes built between the 1930s and 1950s, so we verify both the water profile and the original plumbing before recommending equipment.

Frequently asked questions

Do you charge extra for outlying areas?

No. Boulder City and the outer edges of the valley are quoted the same as central Las Vegas.

Is the water equally hard everywhere in the valley?

Close, but not identical. Most of the valley runs about 17 grains per gallon from the same Colorado River supply, though readings vary by distribution zone. Boulder City operates its own municipal system, so we confirm hardness there separately.

How fast can you reach my area?

Same day or next day for active leaks anywhere in the valley. Non-urgent work is usually scheduled within the same week.

How does hardness vary across the valley?

Most of the Las Vegas valley receives the same treated Colorado River water, so hardness sits around 17 grains per gallon almost everywhere. It is not perfectly uniform: readings vary by distribution zone, and some addresses test meaningfully higher. Boulder City is the clear exception, running its own municipal system.

Practically, this means the equipment recommendation rarely changes across the valley, but the sizing calculation can, and the installation almost always does.

Service coverage across the Las Vegas valley

Which areas are easiest to install in?

Enterprise, Summerlin, and most of Henderson. These are newer master-planned areas where builders roughed in a softener loop, a nearby drain, and an outlet. A standard installation there is two to three hours with no new plumbing and no drywall work.

Which areas take more planning?

Sunrise Manor, central Las Vegas, and older parts of North Las Vegas. Homes built before 1980 often have no loop, aging galvanized supply lines, and water heaters in tight interior closets. These jobs frequently need a tie-in at the main and a new drain run, which adds cost and time.

Paradise has the highest share of condos and townhomes, where space and HOA rules drive the solution more than the plumbing does.

What about scheduling and travel?

We do not charge more for outlying areas. Boulder City and the valley edges are quoted the same as central Las Vegas. Same-day service is available valley-wide for active leaks; non-urgent work is normally scheduled within the same week.

Do you serve Mesquite, Pahrump, or Laughlin?

Those are outside our regular service area. Call and we will tell you honestly whether we can help or refer you elsewhere.

Is Boulder City water different?

Boulder City operates its own municipal water system rather than buying treated water from the valley supply, so we verify local hardness for the address before recommending equipment.

Can you work in a condo with no garage?

Yes. Closet installations, exterior enclosures, and compact cabinet units all work. We check HOA rules on visible equipment before quoting.
